This newly remodeled home lies on the edge of the renowned and charming Pleasure Point beach neighborhood of Santa Cruz . The home is nestled upon a walkway to a eucalyptus grove lined lagoon, leading to a long, sparkling sandy beach less than a five minute walk.

Walking a couple of blocks the other way, you will come to the beautiful bluffs along East Cliff Drive, where you will see the exciting surf, coves and ocean watching spots above the Pleasure Point cliffs. There on most days you can watch dolphins, seals, sea otters, and perhaps a whale. In addition, you can surf, kayak, explore tide pools, picnic, or simply ride bikes.

Within a short 5-20 minute ride, you are at the world-famous Santa Cruz beach Boardwalk; the quaint beachside resort of Capitola Village; in redwood groves and canyon-lined forests; or strolling downtown Santa Cruz's Pacific Avenue, home of boutique shops, restaurants and cafes, and world-class entertainment.

This home sleeps eight people comfortably. The upstairs master bedroom has a private bathroom with access to a lovely deck with views of Eucalyptus groves and broad ocean peeks. The second deck upstairs has mountain views and morning sun.

Downstairs, there are three bedrooms, one with a full private bath. The other two share a full bath in the hallway. The secluded quiet backyard is fully fenced and is perfect for barbecuing, sitting in the hot tub, reading, and children’s play yard.
